This is the WORSE taco bueno… I used to work here so I know the standard. The two ladies that are always here are not very nice. And very lazy. I should have complained several times before now. The food is salty and today the salsa bar had dried up cilantro, old onions, and the salsa was so low I couldn’t get anything. They were standing around talking with friends or family. I only come here bc it is close but this will be my last time here. I will go to taco cabana. This makes me said bc I love the food at taco bueno (NOT this one ). Please have a talk with staff about their attitude and how they treat the people that eat here.
The order was ready in less than 3 minutes, but as expected, the food was just plain, nothing extraordinary. Portion size is just enough, but other restaurants are doing the same. One thing to highlight is that the restaurant was remarkably clean and all the decor updated. Good place for a quick bite
A very good visit to this Taco Bueno 🌮 location. The dining room was clean, open and airy. Our food was served hot and tasted good too. The staff were courteous and friendly. Oh, and salsa bar well stocked, clean and fresh. I highly recommend this Taco Bueno!
OMG! THIS IS CRAZY! I DROVE TO THE WINDOW AND THE LADY IS JUST CLEANING HER NOSE LIKE CRAZY! Just waiting to take my card not even washed her hands! What is really going on around here. I just stared at her waiting to see what's next. As she just laughed at the situation and waiting to take my card I asked her if she will wash her hands in English than says what? To me to i told her in Spanish again and as to why I wanted her to wash her hands. She than began to tell me she was not cleaning her boogers but just wiping her nose. Clearly her nose is red n the paper napkin was super wet n her eyes were waterey like she has been fighting a cold. Please know I was still nice to here and told her yes well while your probably not handling my food you are handling my card. So she called me something while closing the windows walking away. She went to get gloves on and said there! I politely told her, thank you, and let her slide my card. Needless to say she was the lady at the drive through window and the next lady who gave my food to me, was the girl at the line who makes the food. And she was very polite telling me, thank you, and to have a wonderful night. Some people just have no common sense. When you work with the public and in the food industry. There is so much sickness going on. We do not need anybody else trying to spread it to us through our food or any type of other cross contaminations, please. Educate your staff to know better cleanliness and respect. Iv just read the reviews on this location and it seems the heavy set lady seems to really be a problem at this location with laziness, being rude and much more.Somebody really needs to find better help. Or the health department should be out.
I ordered two crispy beef tacos, a party tostada and a fountain drink. It took a while to place my order, since there wasn't anyone working the front counter. The person working the drive thru was also responsible for the front counter. The drive thru took precedence. I waited for about 5 minutes. Once I ordered, the cashier forgot to add my tostada to the meal. She had to charge me separately for it, once I realized that it was missing on my pickup tray. The employees were all friendly but a bit understaffed. The food was fresh, but the tostada was a bit colder than I would have liked. There was a self-serve condiment bar with Pico de Gallo, cilantro, chopped white onions, red salsa, and jalapenos. I noticed that there was a Dallas Cowboys souvenir cup on the counter. As I was leaving, I inquired about the cup to see how I could get one. I was told that you had to order a medium-sized fountain drink. Since I had ordered a small drink, I didn't get one. They were nice enough to hand me a cup anyway, as I was leaving. The place was very clean, bright, and pretty empty at the time. I went at 4 p.m. so it wasn't a typical time to be ordering food. There was only one other customer inside the food establishment the entire time I was there.
