Fantastic Dental Experience at Parkway Dental! I highly recommend if your looking for a Dr who cares! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel completely comfortable. My dentist Dr. Ka Park thoroughly explained my treatment, and the front desk helped me easily schedule and understand my financial options. They truly care about their patients!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I first called Parkway Dental/ Dr. Park to the second I walked out after my root canal, I have been nothing short of amazed! After calling multiple dental offices to check if they accepted my insurance, I was left frustrated. Most places either didn't know what insurances they took, put me on hold for ages, or tried to push me to pay cash prices or sign up for financing options, all when I was just looking for a simple answer. Then, I found Parkway Dental and everything changed. Kisha, who answered my call, was an absolute delight! She immediately knew what insurances they accepted and treated me with such kindness and understanding, especially since I was in pain. Her customer service was top-notch. She got me scheduled for an appointment right away and even took the time to explain everything in detail. I also appreciated how easy it was to communicate via text messages—a super convenient feature! When I arrived at the office, the excellent service continued. Dr. Park and her dental assistant Jason were incredible! Jason was kind, humble, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Park made me feel so at ease during the entire procedure. She consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable, and if I had even the slightest discomfort, she would stop immediately and give me more anesthetic. I have never experienced such care and attention at a dental office before. There are very few businesses these days that offer this kind of top-notch customer service, and from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful for each and every one of the staff members at Parkway Dental. Even though this office isn’t close to my home, it was *absolutely* worth the drive for the professionalism, care, and incredible service I received. If you're searching for a dental office that will truly go above and beyond for you, stop looking—this is the place to be! I am beyond grateful for the wonderful experience I had at Parkway Dental and can't recommend them highly enough!
Dr. Park is always so kind and gentle with my dental work. I had a root canal today. She explained everything that she was going to do and the end result we are working for. She is always gentle and caring. The staff is always top notch as well. I also take my children and my mother to Dr. Park.

I am continually amazed at how easy it is to communicate with her at any time; by text, by phone, or email. You're always in touch no matter what date or what state you're traveling through. Believe me, I know! Treatment planning and procedures-- Dr Park and Jason are quite knowledgeable, gentle, attentive & friendly.
