I recently had my iPhone 14 Pro screen replaced at this store, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. The quality of the replacement screen is outstanding—it's just as vibrant and responsive as the original. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care they took in handling my device. The turnaround time was quick, which was a huge plus! I highly recommend this store for service!
Strongly discourage this place. The tech lied and said they use new Apple replacement parts. I learned in a follow up call that isn’t true, since they are only available to authorized service centers (they are certified repair but not an authorized service center.) He over promised how quickly the repair would be ready, and was going to use an aftermarket part. He dented the case when reassembling the laptop and the owner never returned my call. As it turns out the computer only needed a very simple repair for much less than they wanted to charge. Stay away.
TO ALL THE APPLE USERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN APPLE COVERAGE, THIS IS A GO TO PLACE!!! TRUST ME THIS IS A BETTER PLACE THAN TO PAY EXORBITANT AMOUNT AT AN APPLE STORE! I recently visited MAC REPAIR SERVICE DALLAS to get my MacBook Air M2 screen fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was excellent—they were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. What really stood out was the price they quoted me, which was much better compared to other stores I contacted. The repair was done within few days and my MacBook is working perfectly again. I highly recommend this place for any Mac repairs!"
Beware dishonest thieves. Stole parts from my Mac book air advised me that it couldn’t be repaired after water damage and returned it to me with a keyboard that was not mine that had dog hair underneath the keys ( I don’t not have pets)and dents that were not on my Mac prior. Once my lap top was handed to me I instantly noticed. Please don’t trust this place and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. He will try to convince you he is honest but they are crooks and should not be in business to only take advantage of people.
