ONLY CASH. Translation: This food is fricken legit and amazing. Ordering can be a bit of a challenge sometimes if you aren't fluent in Spanish but if you're kind and try to use some Spanish they'll do the same with English. My girlfriend and I have a gone a few times and my Spanish vocabulary is growing with each visit! I 100% recommend this place to anyone craving Mexican food , this is not Tex-Mex by any means!
Was in the mood for something different and out of the norm saw this place driving by in the neighborhood never noticed it. Checked the reviews and gave it a try. It was the best authentic Mexican that I have ever had. I had the chicken fajita plate with rice and beans my husband had a beef burrito. Both portions were large I could only eat half my plate. Enough jalapeno that it was hot without being overwhelming. I poured the red sauce all over everything. Down side was that they don't speak English and the menu is all in Spanish and you have to navigate by photos and the words you can recognize. I had cash since I read the reviews and was aware although yes somewhat inconvenient. Will be back though soon.
DELICIOUS! After a few years (I used to live around here) I’d came back to have dinner here and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place, still a great antojitos full of flavors. Thanks!
Have to come to this place after 5pm way better service way better chef
I've been here three times and had three amazing dishes. The cuisine here is what I would call "real Mexican"– it's not Tex-Mex, nor is it some chef's hip modern take on Mexican that's adapted for American palettes to the point that it loses its Mexican-ness. Instead, it's an honest plate that tastes like something you'd eat if you were in a Mexican home in Hidalgo. Note for my fellow Americanos: there's a picture menu above the register. Use that if you don't feel comfortable ordering in Spanish or you've been slacking on your Duolingo.
