Storrie Ferrell was absolutely the best to work with and is so very good at her craft. If you have ever bought a home before, you know it can be a roller coaster of emotions – so she was my realtor and therapist 😃 Originally, I was thinking I wanted a townhome, so our appointment was to see a townhome. It didn’t elate me, so she asked if I had some time to take a look at some other properties. We utilized our afternoon to view 3 more properties but the FIRST one (a house) I fell in love with. Storrie knew the neighborhood (and me) and showed me what is now MY HOME. It was the first property we saw and every other house I would compare to it. During the offer stage, there was the back and forth and ups and down with the seller, but she persevered and was my biggest advocate/proponent and worked so incredibly hard and championed ME. Her communication was incredible, and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I wanted this house so bad, and she wanted the house so bad for me. Once we had mutual acceptance, she continued to let me know what was occurring, when, and we closed in record time. Her lender partners were incredible and also fun to work with. Storrie also held my hand (first time homeowner, not property – always owned condo or townhomes) so she answered so many of my questions or came over and rolled up her sleeves and did things for me or provided me with folks that I need to contact for all kinds of things – that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That was incredible – and so appreciated. I am so dang happy with my home, the neighborhood and it’s all due to Storrie. She showed me this home, the FIRST home we saw together, and it was serendipitously meant to be, and I couldn’t have done it without her. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Storrie, so very much!!

Tristan struck the perfect balance between pleasant helpfulness and professionalism. She cared for us by providing detailed knowledge of the property and shared insights regarding the neighborhood, HOA, and local market. She represented us well in successful negotiations, coordinated all meetings, was present at our final walk-through and guided us throughout closing. We could not recommend her more highly. I absolutely loved working with Sharon Ashlaya! A friend recommended her, and for good reason! She is so friendly and incredible at her job - when we first met over the phone, we talked about what I was looking for in an apartment, what factors I prioritize, and the overall lifestyle I'm looking to have. She then organized a day full of apartment visits. It was completely clear that she knows the market so well, she had done a lot of research on the specific places we were going, and she really customized the day to exactly what I was looking for. I ended the same day signing a lease! I strongly recommend working with Sharon!

Sharon Ashlaya is the best! I love working with her because she takes the time to understand what I am looking for and then goes into action. She asks the property managers more questions that I can even think of about the apartments and is always thinking about my needs as we tour and discuss facilities. She is also very timely with her clients. I called her Thursday and we were out looking at apartments on Saturday. She is a valuable resource to any of her clients and I have shared her information with multiple friends in the Dallas area
