I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and ordered a bowl with carne, and I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. The carne was flavorful and cooked to perfection, making the bowl a hearty and delicious meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was just right, leaving me fully satisfied. As for the customer service, it was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. Even during peak hours, they maintained a positive attitude and provided quick service. Overall, a great experience that I’ll definitely return for!
This is what I got when I ordered a salad. Barely any lettuce and drenched in hot sauce. Chatting with Chipotlebot Pepper, I was told that I needed to contact UberEats since I ordered it online. They wouldn’t provide any refund- this is not what I asked for- this was the final straw and I won’t be eating at this location anymore. At least the chips and guacamole was good.
I don’t usually complain or leave bad reviews but this meal was awful. The service was fine but when i got home to eat my bowl, several things were wrong. I got a bowl with steak and the steak was so dry almost like jerky. The rice was hard and crunchy, and the beans left a stale taste in my mouth. In addition to the steak being dry, there was only about 3 pieces (exaggerated) in the entire bowl. Very disappointed.
This is one of the worst Chipotles around. More often than not, they will get the order wrong. We ordered pickup for 3 people and every single order was wrong. Took it back for them to correct and they then skimped on our meals. Can't believe this experience cost us over $10 a meal for a wrong order and $6 worth of food after an hour ordeal. Just awful.
When I got there, it was nice and clean, but the staff is not that great. They kept on getting orders wrong in front of me when someone asked for pinto beans they gave them black when she reminded them again. They ignored her. And when I got up to the counter, the lady that made my bowl said this is a steak bowl I was like no it’s chicken. They’re not labeling anything give small portion sizes and they forgot my drink and my chips when I specifically paid for it they just gave me my bowl and said have a nice day. Don’t recommend coming here
