Pre-Session
Our intuitive wellness assistant, (known as “luumi”), will help curate your perfect experience during your first visit by creating a session plan for you to feel informed and educated.
We provide towels for all Light Therapy sessions. Less is more while allowing your skin to breathe and sweat it out. If you feel more comfortable wearing clothes during your session, choose loose, breathable clothing.
Our studio offers complimentary filtered hydration stations, so you are always prepared for your session. We also have water available for purchase.
Our studio offers a variety of retail items to enhance your light sessions, such as exfoliators, face masks, dry brushes, and more, to elevate every session.
During Your Session
Your Light Therapy session time will vary by service. Enjoy a private 40-minute infrared sauna session, a 15-minute red light therapy session, or both! This time is for YOU.
En-suite entertainment features surround sound for streaming music, shows, meditation apps, and podcasts.

I recently went here for an event with Fitness Ambassadors and had such a great experience! The place is super nice, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. I got to try both the sauna and red light therapy, and loved it! The rooms were so clean and they provided an iPad in the sauna for music or entertainment. What I loved most was the red light therapy, it was so relaxing to lay down since everywhere else I’ve been makes you stand. I could feel the benefits right away and had such a good night’s sleep after. I definitely recommend checking this place out and can’t wait to come back!

If only I could add more stars!! Wow. Can’t say enough about this infrared sauna/red light therapy business in Addison. Firstly, Stefani and Bisi are so knowledgeable on the product and its benefits, and it was great learning from them. They both explained things simply and clearly, so I really reaped the benefits of the education aspect! This spot was so perfect, I came back twice to confirm just how awesome it was. It’s located off of Beltline in a great shopping center, Addison Grove. I have no complaints about my experience. Super clean facility, easy to use sauna, and such a great and relaxing experience.
I recently came with a group of friends to try the sauna and red light services and it was absolutely amazing. We took advantage of the larger group pod so we could could enjoy it together. The beem staff was extremely knowledgeable and ensured we were comfortable the entire time. And don't get me started on the cold lavender towels!! I am totally finding time to add this into my routine more!
