It's crazy that in this world we are in today that there are still people with patience and compassion. This is a debt collecting firm and still I am happy and pleased to talk to them because of this one employee that I feel goes above and beyond just for me, at least that's how I feel because of her professionalism. Her name is Anastacia from California, Nevada surplus.
This company has terrible customer service. Lenders pay them to advertise properties they are foreclosing on but then don't provide information about whether the foreclosure is actually going through or not up to the date of the sale. The result will be no bidders showing up so the bank has to take the house back and lose money to sell it through realtors.
This law firm works for Chase Bank to take your home. You can not take to anyone at the firm. You have to retain the services of a home solutions expert in order to conversation with law firm. Chase it taking advantage of people, especially if you are trying to get deceased parents house in order. Donot bank with Chase and donot retain services of Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP because they do not want to work with the average people especially PEOPLE OF COLOR. These two companies only want to work with the wealthy.
Wish I could give zero stars. Called with a simple question... after being in a circle of their automated answering service I finally got Chris on the phone who was not only rude but also condescending and nasty. Even down to his tone of voice. When I asked what his name was he said I started the call with this is Chris. I can’t believe how rude this man was. As far as I’m concerned I don’t want to purchase any property from anyone who speaks and acts like that to not only a stranger but someone who would have been a customer. Btw I also asked for his supervisor...he said it was Michael Harris. Well, Michael Harris I hope this finds its way to you and you can go back and listen to this call because Mr. Chris is a terrible part of your business who is driving away potential clients.
Difficult and unreasonable to deal with. As an attorney, I was not allowed to talk with another attorney. One of the reps that I spoke with was at least polite and understanding, if not very helpful. An unsatisfactory experience trying to pay them not an insignificant amount of money. They would not allow for wiring a payoff and would give you only payoff information without a per diem and that required you overnight a check on a couple of hours notice.
