Awesome. They replaced my phone glass quickly and although I sound like a planted salesman, they told me about an insurance plan for electronics that they offer. I don't buy plans. Like ever. I bought this one, not gonna go into detail, it was just worth it. Also the staff was super cool and knowledgeable. Try 'em out.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my Pixel 5 in for a battery replacement, when I got it back the top speaker didn't work. They refused to fix the speaker under the repair warranty and were rude to me when I asked. When I pointed out that the speaker is directly adjacent to the battery and they probably nicked the connector by accident, he straight-up tried to gaslight me saying the two parts aren't anywhere near each other. The component layout of a Pixel 5 can be easily Googled, but he lied to my face. Just totally unhinged and unprofessional behavior from the manager of this location. I basically paid these people $140 to break my phone and make it unusable. EDIT: Updating my review with some positive news: a different Asurion location agreed to honor the repair warranty and even helped confirm that the Belt Line location did in fact damage my speaker. I respect that. I highly recommend calling the Asurion corporate help line if you are lied to/denied a warranty repair at this location. They're willing to help you!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!!! I am so upset that I could literally destroy everything! My ipad has been with them for going on 3 weeks! Their first excuse is one of their employees had Covid! Oh well hire more ppl! 2nd excuse a week later the lady answers the phone and says my device will be ready by 5 next day! Welp here it is 4 days later and it's still NOT READY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone everrrr! I don't normally do reviews but this one definitely deserved a bad one! & the fact that no one everrrr called me to let me know what was going on instead I had to continuously go to different ubreakit locations in the area to see what was going on and they barely knew! You just don't know how upset I am!!! Veryyyy unprofessional very very unprofessional and if my device is not done tomorrow I will be picking it up and taking it elsewhere. To be continued here it is a month later and my ipad is still not fixed properly I have constantly taken my ipad back to the location to get it fixed and apparently they don't have people there who knows how to fix an ipad because everytime I get it back it's not fixed. At this point I need a full refund, so I can take my device elsewhere this is ridiculous.

It was very difficult to hear anyone on my phone utilizing the Blue Tooth on my car. A phone call to Lexus tech support got me little more than "it must be a problem with your phone." My next stop was visit to T Mobile. The guy that helped me seemed nice enough, but he said my inbound volume was as loud as it would go. If I got off Blue Tooth and held the phone in my hand, the volume was fine. Taking it to Lexus was a last option. It is a long drive. I called one of the tech places on the Internet. The guy who answered the phone at Asurion said to bring it in and they'd figure it out. The finished up with a customer went directly to my car. He took my phone and started futzing with it. In a minute he went back into the shop and got a cordless landline and had me stay in my car. He called my number and I could instantly tell the Blue Tooth volume was perfect. I asked him how much I owed him and he would not take anything. For a professional techie, it may not have been a big deal, but I was beginning to think I was going to have to take the plunge and get a hearing aid. A big thanks to the guys at Asurion on Belt Line for a job well done. I will be back!

Had to leave a good review here cuz the last place in Plano was 0 star experience! Had some difficulty finding the screen replacement, but they worked with me and Asurion website, were knowledgeable, and got it fixed. So I will bring phone here in the future (hopefully not needed!).
