It took 8 months and an attorney! Go elsewhere! Pay attention to the other reviews and you will notice that most were written prior to project completion. My dig date was November 2023 and after 8 months, still not complete. The project management was beyond poor and workmanship even worse. Waterline tile was installed with no grout. Coping had to be redone twice due to wrong size, uneven cutting, incorrect grout color and the wrong stone finish. When given the opportunity to redo and reselect, it took nearly 8 weeks to resume the work even though the supplies were in stock with the vendor. My lower deck was not installed according to the contracted plans. The surrounding deck is uneven with trip hazards. Several coping pieces were severely chipped at installation and when replaced, the colors did not match. Project managers are never here to direct the trades. Trades did not show up when scheduled and no one from A&S would even call. They work unsupervised and project managers do not come out to inspect their work. Instead, it was left up to me to report problems. No one ever calls to ask how things are going. They simply do not care. A pre-plaster punch list was compiled but never completed but they rushed to get the pool filled because they knew 7 months was completely unacceptable for this project. My pool is only 10x10, tiny. The manager tried to silence me from going public but it is important to me that their shady practices and shoddy work be exposed. No one should have to experience this. I missed the entire summer and swim season on a project that began before Thanksgiving the prior year. Now almost a year later and I still do not have a completed project. I escalated to corporate and never even received the courtesy or a call or email in return. Their in-house attorney is clueless and will cause this to go to litigation. Again, please go elsewhere. It cannot get any worse than Anthony & Sylvan.
From the concept photos done by Brandon to the overall build experience with Dominic as my PM, the pool has turned out beautifully! Building a pool is for the patient no matter who you use. As long as I made sure to voice my wants and concerns, Dominic was quick to get it done or explain the process.

Francesca took the time to listen to our vision, made good recommendations for our space and executed a beautiful rendering for us. WE LOVE IT! Our price point was met even with all the bells and whistles we added. This exceeded our expectations and we cannot believe what we received compared to competitors. Their office, field representatives and the showroom for finishes are local. As my husband and I are pretty involved with the process, this was important. A & S has delivered good communication and a quick response time - we appreciate that! The Town of Prosper inspector came in yesterday and approved the steel application, and we are ready to move along with gunite after they install our jets next week. We don't have a large backyard, so we pre-planned and prepared space in our backyard for our 2 pups. It hasn't been a terrible process at all. This is our initial review, and we can not wait to update this review with our final review as things are moving along quickly, thus far. In 1 week, they completed the dig, installed plumbing and equipment, and completed steel. Housekeeping with the trades has been better than expected, so big thumbs up there. I'll follow up on my review at the finish line and speak to the quality.
